I have had a lot of fun and heartbreak making this site (heartbreak when it all disappears and I have to start again). Thanks to bravenet this whole site was put up for free, which is fantastic. I am steadily building up a list of clients with very varied goals. I am hoping to get a few more testimonials over the next few days. If you are reading this and you are not from Corfu let me tell you a little bit about myself. I moved to Corfu in 1979 at the tender age of 14, yes that makes me 42 this year. I drove over with my father in September 1979 and my Mother joined us after Christmas. The next two years were an experience, for those of you who didn’t know Corfu back then, it was a totally different place. Girls were chaperoned everywhere they went. So I came into a totally different world than the one I came from. I can’t say that I enjoyed that time, as it was rather hard to make friends Greek girls not being allowed out and the foreign girls already here where that bit older than me. Anyway those two years past with some home schooling before I was sent off back to UK to attend 6th form college in Alton 1982 But not before I met my future husband. That meant I didn’t have a particularly good time in UK either as all I wanted to do was come back to be with George. The happy ending to this story is we have just celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary. So I came back better educated than I left and set up home with George we went on to have 2 sons who are now both at university in UK. As they grew up and left home I decided it was time for Mum to do something useful and studied in Neuro Linguistic Programming Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis. I qualified in November 2006 as a practitioner. I have gone on to do Spelling strategies and other workshops in coaching. In November 2007 I will be taking my Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy and Hypnosis with Performance Partnership. I am really looking forward to that. So I am now set up as Corfu’s only Life/Performance Coach. I have had a great response. Coaching is a booming business in UK, but the prices that are charged are geared to UK wages. I have kept my charges small and my prices reflect Corfu and Corfu wages, this means my coaching is available to anyone who wants it.
